In fostering relationship with our clients and stakeholders, be it Local or Foreign, AIM Consultants Ltd believes that a responsible approach is key to having that competitive advantage in the market place.

Our Existence as a company is largely influenced by the way we interact with the society in which we function. This regulates our corporate social responsibility, which defines AIM Consultants’ standpoint and we believe it is work in progress.

The essence of our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy is to give all stakeholders a better understanding of our standpoint on corporate social responsibility and to elucidate on how we intend to overcome the barriers to real growth.

This commitment is reflected in a number of our policies: Equal Opportunity Policy, Security and Confidentiality Policy, Health & Safety Policy, Environmental and Sustainability Policy, and Quality Assurance policy.

The corporate social responsibility policy applies throughout AIM consultants and regulates our approach to all our operations.

Environmental & Sustainability Policy

AIM Consultants is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. We will strive to improve our environmental performance overtime and to initiate additional projects and activities that will further reduce our impacts on the environment.

Our commitment to the environment extends to our customers, our staff, and the community in which we operate.

We are committed in:

  • Minimize waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
  • Minimize toxic emissions through the selection and use of its fleet and the source of its power requirement.
  • Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its clients and suppliers.
  • Source and promote a product range to minimize the environmental impact of both production and distribution.
  • Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
  • Train all of our staff on our environmental program and empower them to contribute and participate.
  • Communicate our environmental commitment and efforts to our customers, staff, and our community.
  • Continually improve over time by striving to measures our environmental impacts and by setting goal to reduce these impacts each year.


  • Overall responsibility for implementing this policy lies with the Managing Director. This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure that it continues to reflect the main impacts of the company.

Industrial/Employement Relations Policy

Proper coordination of employment/industrial relations is an integral part of our organizational structure.
Our business model in AIM Consultants is designed in way that it supports and sustains uniform working condition for all staff, which is in line with existing industrial/employment relations parameters such as contracts and awards, also during job execution, the approach to work by senior executives ensures minimal disruption and supports industrial/employment unification.

To achieve this, our policy is as follows:

  • Monitor industrial relations performance and activities of subcontractors and maintaining effective communication with them, while recognizing their right to have their own industrial relations policies and arrangements.
  • Provide a safe and harmonious working environment which is conducive to keeping our workers content and achieving our operational goals.
  • Comply with all applicable industrial laws, regulations, statutory obligations, award, agreements and National and State codes of practice and guidelines.
  • Accept that the properly held interests of our clients always prevail in terms of actual industrial relations arrangements.
  • Develop and improve the skills of workers to enable them to work efficiently in a constantly evolving environment and to strive to reach their maximum potential


All levels of management of this company will:

  • Encourage open and honest communications at all times in industrial relations matters.
  • Promote open and effective communication between workers at all levels and resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide fair and reasonable management of industrial issues and expect the same from all other interested parties.

Occupational Health & Safety Policy

The top management of AIM Consultants Limited has defined its commitment to and the policy for OHS in the OHS policy statement of the company.

The policy is formed by the senior management after considering the nature, scale and OHS consequences of the company’s activities, products and services.

The company’s policy for OHS is displayed as a symbol of our commitment to the policy. The policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization. The policy is communicated to all the employees and is on request made available to the public.

The company’s policy on the OHS is to:

  • Provide a safe and healthy workplace and working conditions for all, which includes employees, contractors, clients and visitors.
  • Ensure that appropriate return to work programs is in place.
  • Comply with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Provide training to enable all employees to work safely.
  • Provide support and assistance to employees.
  • Provide adequate resources to aid employees in fulfilling their responsibilities.
  • Consult with staff and contractors where relevant to enhance the effectiveness of procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into all reported incidents.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the health and safety systems in place.
  • Management shall provide a safe and healthy work environment by designing the operations and providing facilities in ways to reduce the OHS Risks associated with the operations of the company.
  • Work continually to improve the effectiveness of our OHS management system.
  • Comply with all the Health and Safety related laws (legislation) and regulations that apply to our operations and other requirements to which our organization is subscribed. Take precautionary measures to eliminate hazardous situations leading to injury and ill health at the work place.
  • Communicate its commitment to OHS responsibility to all employees, customers, vendors and community.


  • While at work, all employees irrespective of their position will;
    • Take reasonable care to ensure good health and safety procedures are implemented at all times.
    • Identify and support measures to eliminate or minimize unsafe conditions.
    • Assume personal responsibility for their safety and for those of other work colleagues by always operating in a safe and appropriate manner.

Quality Assurance Policy

Quality is important to our business because we value our Clients.  We strive to provide our clients with services that meet and even exceed their expectations.  We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System, which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:-

  • Regularly gathering and monitoring of customer feedback.
  • We have customer complaints procedure.
  • Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria.
  • We organize training and development for our employees.
  • We carry out a regular audit of our internal processes.
  • We ensure measurable quality objectives, which reflect our business aims.
  • Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints.
  • Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual, which is made available to all employees. 
  • This policy is posted on the Company Notice Board and can be found in the staff handbook.


  • Though the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.

Security and Confidentiality Policy

Information can exist in many forms. It can be printed or written on paper, stored electronically, transmitted by post or by using electronic means, shown on films, or spoken in conversation. 
Information security is the protection of information from a wide range of threats in order to ensure business continuity, minimize business risk, and maximize return on investments and business opportunities. 

Our Policy on security and Confidentiality is to Ensure:

  • Prior to employment, background checks are performed on all employees.
  • All employees are subject to overarching confidentiality agreements that protect clients' information.
  • All employees are made aware and accountable for information security as relevant to their role.
  • Provision  are  made  for  funding  information  security  controls  in  operational  and  project  management processes. 
  • Information security risks are monitored and action taken when changes result in risks that are unacceptable.
  • Situations  which  could  place  the  organization  in  breach  of  laws  and  statutory  regulations  will  not  be  tolerated.
  • To ensure that information is always protected, whatever its form and however it is shared communicated or stored. 
  • Our clients' intellectual property is protected, which is a fundamental business principle of AIM Consultants Ltd.
  • All clients’ information is safeguarded by strictly adhering to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.


All levels of management of the company:

  • Is responsible for ensuring information security is adequately addressed throughout the organization.
  • Will also review this policy annually, or as needed when significant changes occur in the organization, and document this review.
  • Is responsible for ensuring the people who work under their control protect information in accordance with the organizations requirements. 
  • All staff has information security responsibilities as part of doing their job.
